"We realize that in the future we will also have to actively recruit skilled workers from abroad. There are a comparable number of interested IT specialists abroad who have also actively approached us – but we currently lack experience and knowledge in this area, especially with regard to (immigration) regulations and processes. The Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg took the time at short notice to show us the necessary steps and decision-making processes using a specific case study. It also gave us tips for a practical approach and was always available to answer our questions throughout the entire process.

We will be very happy to draw on the expertise and specialist knowledge of the Welcome Center again in the future. We are glad to have found a point of contact in the Welcome Center where we can request support and expertise on specific topics. Especially for smaller companies without their own human resources department with the relevant internal know-how, the Welcome Center is an important partner for all questions relating to recruiting employees from abroad."
