We contacted the Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg to participate in the speed dating format for international professionals. We also turned to the Welcome Center for assistance in hiring foreign professionals to ensure that we handled all legal formalities correctly.

Thanks to the excellent organization of the speed dating event by the Welcome Center Ostwürttemberg, we were able to meet a large number of potential interns/working students in a short period of time. Without this support, we would have had to invest significantly more time and resources to identify suitable talent and coordinate individual interviews. When hiring foreign skilled workers, the Welcome Center supported us quickly and without bureaucracy and provided us with important input so that nothing stood in the way of their entry. This is particularly important for SMEs, as we do not hire foreign skilled workers every month.
